EVERGLADES
This is a pano from this last weekend. Was driving around in and near the Everglades when I saw this dry grass. The light was bathing this scene sideways and I had been wanting to capture a scene like this for a while. The conditions had to be right though. It is not just the foreground but in a scene like this the sky is extremely critical also. The cloud formations had to cover the scene or at least most of the scene. I also wanted to catch this at the very time of sunset but it didn't work because the clouds were gone and there was a storm coming in the very far distant horizon but no real cloud formations could be seen, it was only a very dark deep blue patch through the scene.
This image is a total of 8 vertical (portrait style) photos stitched in CS6. i also used a 2 stop GND filter to even out the exposure. The final JPEG image is 40 megapixels.
Hope every one is doing fine, as always, I thank you for stopping by to check my work. I appreciate it.
